Professional

The Hood is equipped with a high-performing motor having an outlet diameter of 200 mm and s/steel grease filters giving the product the typical look of industrial kitchens. The air is forced into the “labyrinth path” of the filters increasing the grease captivation level. These grease filters can be washed in the dishwasher and can be easily cleaned and are having a long life.

Intensive

It activates the motor at the highest speed for a certain period of time, and then it automatically reduces the speed. This function is useful in the cooking phases where a lot of fumes are produced.

Air exchange

This function allows planning the start of the aspiration in an automatic way during the day. This function is useful to guarantee a continuous air exchange. You exclude the function in an automatic way with the normal use of the cooker hood.
